DESCRIPTION:There has been an increased awareness and interest in connective tissue disorders involving systemic hypermobility\, particularly Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD).This webinar will give an introductory overview of EDS/HSD: pathophysiology\, diagnostic criteria\, patient presentations and patient experiences. This webinar will also discuss dental and orthodontic considerations for these patients.\nLearning objectives:\n1.    Define and describe Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome\n2.    Describe common patient presentations and patient experiences.\n3.    Discuss dental and orthodontic considerations\nElizabeth Arnold Cells\, PT\, DPT\, CFMT\, CSCS is a physical therapist in Old Greenwich\, CT who specializes in working with patients with connective tissue disorders such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder\, as well as their co-morbidities.
