In early April a task force committee will present pediatric sleep screening forms to the ADA. This task force created by Dr. Carstensen has worked for over a year to develop screening questionnaires that all dentists and other practitioners can use to effectively and efficiently screen for airway / sleep problems. It is hoped these forms will be accepted and adopted by the ADA to allow more practitioners to identify those in need of care.
In this webinar, Dr. Carstensen will present a review of the meeting and what the future holds for those in the dental arena and for children with unrecognized airway problems.
