Educating Patients to Accept a Collaborative Airway Treatment Plan
Joy Moeller, RDH, BS, AOMT-C, COM

November 1, 2023 @ 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm EDT

Just because we have information as to WHY a patient needs our help, it doesn’t mean that the patient will accept or follow through with the recommended treatment plan. In this hour, Joy Moeller will explain how to enlist the patient into demanding collaborative treatment.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Eliminate roadblocks to case acceptance
  2. Draw a picture for the patient using past history and timing of treatment
  3. Learn how to use books, photos and studies to validate a collaborative treatment plan
