ACNEM – Environmental Health Event

November 27, 2021 - November 28, 2021

According to the World Health Organisation, an estimated 13.7 million (24%) of all global deaths are linked with the environment each year. Furthermore, 91% of the world’s population live in areas where air pollution exceeds the World Health Organisation guideline limit.1
Controlling risk factors for environmental disease, such as chemical pollutants, wireless technologies, biotoxins, heavy metals and air pollution, and finding new approaches to diagnosis and treatment is key to improving clinical outcomes.

Most Australasians have access to safe food products, clean water, sanitisation and effective removal of wastes. However, factors such as climate change, extreme weather events and urbanisation place pressure on the environment and affect the health of our population.

Join leading integrative environmental medicine and nutritional experts for this 2-day virtual training event to discuss:

  • how to confidently interpret pathology testing, toxic load assessment and other investigations
  • clear protocol and prescribing explanations

  • downloadable PDF of presenter’s slides, clinical handouts and support materials
  • evidence-based research summary including links to referenced research papers
  • livestreamed MC and live chat function to interact with other delegates
