Collaboration is the focus of Collaboration Cures and AAPMD Liaisons. As a LIAISON, you learn what practitioners do and who, how and where to connect to bring about optimal patient care. The emphasis of this webinar is the “Cures” part of Collaboration Cures. Our goal should be more than the treatment – a durable life changing cure. To reach this goal, nutrition must be considered.

For this webinar, Stacey Carpenter, our AAAPMD LIAISON Coordinator, will be joined by Susan Levin, CHC, leader of the AAPMD Functional Medicine section. Susan will present the importance of nutrition and discuss how to find a functional medical doctor, what is the role and what to expect from a health coach as well as steps to using or even becoming a health coach.

We want LIAISONS to share successes and obstacles in their community. In advance of the meeting think about the following:
