- After completing his Master’s in Otorhinolarygology from University Kebangsaan Malaysia, Kuala
Lumpur in 2004, he served as a Lecturer & Consultant ENT surgeon at Hospital Universiti
Kebangsaan Malaysia from 2004 to 2011. Currently he works in Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. He
has always had a special interest in the nose and its associated conditions, but since 2012 he has
taken up an avid interest in sleep related breathing disorders. He is a passionate advocate of
education both in creating public awareness and teaching medical professionals. He has served as
the President of the Malaysian Society of Otorhinolaryngologists Head and Neck Surgeons. He
organised the Inaugural Asean Sleep Congress in 2012 and the Asian Research Symposium in
Rhinology in Kuala Lumpur in 2016. He is currently dedicated in bringing a whole new concept of
managing the upper airway in an integrated manner through bridging multiple specialties.
