This Advanced (2) Day Mini-Residency will provide you with the skills needed to integrate an expansive orthodontic bracket and wire technique to your mixed dentition fixed expander technique. This course will also expand your utilization of fixed expanders to children aged 12-17.
Generally, braces alone from ages 12-15 are a tooth focused technique and do not address the foundation. While most braces techniques are retractive and narrow, Dr. Miraglia’s expansion technique and philosophy of “Foundation First, Teeth Second” is taught throughout the course enabling you to build your expansive orthodontic treatment portfolio.
Dr Miraglia will teach his tried-and-true expansive orthodontics techniques of over (18) years experience. You will learn through step-by-step tutorials, videos, and complete case reviews spanning from 5-10+ year follow ups.
