Mark Murphy, DDS, D. Jerald H. Simmons, MD, is the Founding-Director of The Sleep Education Consortium (SEC) and Comprehensive Sleep Medicine Associates, PA (CSMA). He is Triple Board-Certified in Neurology, Epilepsy and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Simmons created the SEC as an outreach to educate the healthcare community and has worked with dentists for 30-years. He currently leads a task force that is working to establish simple, quick, screening techniques to identify sleep-related breathing disturbances in children, that will hopefully be implemented by dentists nationwide.
