Awaken & Energize every Wednesday morning beginning February 2, 2022 through April 27, 2022, at 8:30-8:50am ET
During this free 20-minute weekly Zoom session, we’ll de-stress, rejuvenate and recharge the brain. Awaken & Energize is inspired by the practice of Kirtan Kriya (pronounced KEER-tun KREE-a) which has been practiced for thousands of years by people around the world.
Clinical research has shown that deep breathing combined with these types of mindfulness exercises can be powerful tools to:
- Prevent Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
- Increase all aspects of cognitive function, (perception, thinking, reasoning and remembering)
- Reduce stress levels while improving short term memory
Even those who are not experiencing cognition issues will benefit from this healthful exercise!
