The Role of Airway, Sleep, and Breathing in Health, Performance and Patient Outcomes: Developing a Collaborative Approach to Treatment Planning

January 17 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm PST

Hidden Airway, Sleep, and Breathing problems (ASB), often present from childhood, are the seeds that lead to chronic disease, poor performance, behavior issues, and failed treatment outcomes. ASB disorders are uniquely expressed depending on epigenetics and other factors. This presentation provides information to recognize these disorders, consider them in your treatment planning, and how and when to involve other practitioners.

Learning Objectives:

Understand the role of the airway, sleep, and breathing (ASB) in the development of chronic disease.

• Recognize the presence of ASB, epigenetic factors in treatment planning for the individual patient.

• Learn methods to build collaborative connections for optimal care.
